Kinloch Corporate Finance completed the sale of a chain of 15 pharmacies situated in the South West to their long standing client Saxton Group who are an expanding Group of Care Homes and Pharmacies. Kinloch using their Targeted Research programme located the pharmacy chain in mid April 2010 , ( the pharmacy chain was not being advertised for sale but the owners were considering their retirement options ) , negotiated the purchase for their clients and assisted with the funding requirements to complete the purchase. The purchase price of the chain was £13.8m for the trading businesses which was funded by a mixture of debt and equity.
