Over the past 3 months we have been busy completing several bank funding deals for our clients. These deals range from (a) Rebanking for an Advertising agency in Leeds where we raised a new facility for £850,000 ; ( b) a Term Loan facility for a Wholesaler based in Kent to purchase a new industrial warehouse where the lender provided a £2.25m loan ; ( c) a Manufacturing company based in the South West who needed funding of £4.5m to acquire a competitor and where their existing bank were not prepared to assist ; ( d ) arranging a new banking facility of £250,000 for an Engineering Company based in Teeside ; ( e ) helping a central London based firm of architects rebank and provide an additional funding line of £2.5m for an acquisition of a Jersey based practice. All the funding was achieved by presenting a well reasoned appraisal for the funders and through our strong banking connections .
