Non-Status Commercial Lending. November 2010.
Kinloch Commercial Finance has been advised through its membership of the NACFB of a new source of commercial property funding. The funding is available through a firm of solicitors and is secured on freehold commercial property. The maximum advance is 65% of the freehold value and the lender will accept borrowers who have CCJs and adverse credit history provided there is a valid explanation. The loans are interest only . No accounts are generally required but evidence is needed that the loan can be serviced . A higher rate of interest is charged on these commercial loans but borrowers can access the funding very quickly and monies raised can be used for any business purpose. All types of commercial property can be used as security except for petrol filling stations and property development schemes. Under this scheme the minimum loan is £100,000 and the maximum loan available is £ 1m. Introducers commissions are paid on completion of each transaction.
