Kinloch has recently arranged the funding for several large carehome projects on behalf of long standing clients. In November Kinloch finalised the funding for a 65 bed carehome development in the Midlands using bank funding from a European bank based in the City. In December Kinloch arranged a funding package of debt and equity for a new Healthcare centre in the South East which included a pharmacy , a dental practice and the amalgamation of three doctors practices onto one site. Kinloch has many years experience of valuing medical practices and pharmacies for both tax purposes and for funding issues particularly on the retirement of partners.
