Kinloch has arranged the funding for the acquisition of medical diagnostics company Better2Know on behalf of our client Mike Asher. The specialised business is based in the North West and funding was provided by the Barclays team in Preston. Mike Asher was previously CEO of quoted Drew Scientific plc and the acquisition of Better2Know is the first acquisition for his new group . The purchase was completed in mid April 2011 .
