Kinloch were lead advisors and fund raisers for the £5m purchase of a wealth management company based in the South West for their client Change Financial Group. The acquisition was part funded by a European Bank and Kinloch also introduced two investors who contributed £2m into the transaction. Change Financial are now getting ready for an IPO in 2012 .
