Kinloch has been active in the Commercial property funding sector over the past 6 months. A number of residential development schemes have been funded from our City connections including (a) development of 4 high spec terraced houses in Central London where we arranged Senior debt of £16m and Mezzanine finance of £2m. The 4 properties were sold within 4 weeks of the development work starting on site.( b) A residential development in the Midlands where we introduced a JV partner from Hong Kong who provided £3m to cover 100% of the development costs on a site which was already owned by the developer.( c ) Kinloch arranged Senior debt of £12m for an investor to refinance an Industrial estate in the North West which he had previously financed through an Irish bank. We achieved very competetive loan terms and were able to negotiate a discount with the Irish bank on the outstanding debt.
