The property is generally an office building , industrial unit or retail unit let out on a long term lease to tenants. Lenders generally require the lease to have at least 7 years to run but in certain circumstances will consider a shorter period subject to the quality of the tenant. Lenders expect the rental income to cover the financing costs on a cashflow basis and we can consider purchase / refinance deals.
