We will then request that you provide us with all the relevant information including your latest set of accounts. At this stage we will then assess your package , discuss it with a potential lender and obtain "in principle" terms. Kinloch Commercial Finance will charge a success only brokers fees based on the total borrowing. This charge is only due for payment once you accept the formal offer of finance from the funder. To discuss the brokers fee in more detail please contact us. As well as a success only brokers fee we will normally charge an appraisal fee which is payable on accepting our terms of business. The appraisal fee is charged because of the complexity and time needed to be spent when preparing a formal funding application for presentation to a funder following an indication from a funder that "in principle" they are prepared to assist.
